AVO Classic Piramides is the creation of Hendrik Kelner and Avo Uvezia, who worked with Davidoff to create a mix of premium tobaccos that is not only extremely rare but also matured for at least 5 to 7 years.
When Davidoff purchased the rights to AVO in 1995, it was a seismic shift in the tobacco industry. In little over ten years, the AVO brand expanded from selling just 5,000 cigars to roughly 3.2 million, making it one of the most popular brands in the world.
