Since dominating as Cigar Aficionado’s highest non-Cuban rated mix in 2013 to the present, Rafael Nodal’s Quattro brand has been a revelation. We can safely say that we were ecstatic to discover that Nodal was working with Romeo y Juliet and Montecristo to add a Nicaraguan puro extension to the mix. Welcome the Aging Room Quattro Nicaragua.
For those who are unaware, a “puro” cigar is one that employs tobacco from the same country as the rest of the cigar. So, the wrapper, the binder, and the long-fillers are all from Nicaragua. In the end, you get exactly what you were hoping for: a medium-to-full-bodied flavor explosion bursting with peppery, spicy, and rich, crisp flavors. Although the original Quattro F55 was a great cigar, this one from the Aging Room could be even better.
